FW- Part II

There were too many shows for me to not do another posting on the goings-ons.  Here are a few more noteable designers to check out.

Vera Wang: Tulle, black, lots of dresses and a little street edge comprise the spring collection of Ms. Wang.  Known best, I feel, for her gowns and wedding dresses, this was certainly a more casual side; the shiny cigarette pants are of the moment, along with the bold necklace look and overall muted color selection.  With the contrast between flowy or sheath dresses and geometric basics, it wasn’t exactly what I expected, in terms of femininity. But, there are some great separates that can add sex appeal and sophistication to any wardrobe.
